Served as lead Environmental Engineer in establishing compliance with applicable sections of Federal NEPA requirements. The subject of this NEPA Supplemental Evaluation related to the construction of a new parking structure. This assessment included an exhaustive Phase I Archaeological Survey and Architectural History Assessment to reconcile historical assessments with current conditions. The principal conclusions of this NEPA Compliance Evaluation were that the construction and operation of proposed action would not result in any significant and immitigable adverse impacts on the natural or human environments that would preclude the issuance of a FONSI.
